What the Platform is
Lovački oglasnik is an intermediary service – an online platform within the meaning of the Digital Services Act (Regulation (EU) 2022/2065): users publish listings themselves and talk to each other. The Platform takes no part in the sale, payment or handover of goods, in particular not in the trade in firearms and ammunition.
